Well, it has a lot to do with bad eating and drinking habits. I drink a lot of alcohol and eat garbage, skip meals, and generally practice poor dietary practices. I’m tired of feeling horrible and decided to try and change my ways. It’s time to start making healthy choices instead of bad ones. I need something that will transform my life through a total package of good diet and better fluid intake. And I’m happy to say that I found a site that promotes a good number of wellness products that are sure to take this smashed up jalopy and transform it into a shiny used car. One can hope, anyway!
